Here is another Magnetic loop this one is a double turn spiral cont loop that Im hoping it will tune down to 40m and maybe 80m ;) more to do on this one yet .. but will post results after test.

All wired and coupling loop added Tunes 40m spot on also tunes 20m but 40m is where I wanted it. Will over the next couple of days put it out in the garden and see how it gets on ;) but rx signals are on par with the g5 with the loop in the shack.

Hey Wayne, I am building an receiving loop and change over relay for top band, I am hoping it will reduce my noise floor from S9+20 to around S7.
Keep up the good work with those loops mate they look really professional, I would honestly suggest you start selling them.

Yes .. I have sold 4 of them so far .. I have 2 more to make that will be sold . The hard part is finding caps ;)

This one is just about done,.. coupling loop is on etc, Tunes bang on , on 40m all band and tunes 20m ... just sorting last bits out then its going out in the garden for a test out ... only trouble is now I have 9+ of noise on 40m no matter wich ant is on radio ... always the same !
