I have been using these mics for a couple years, outstanding value for money!
The lower priced one is the NW-700 at around £12, most expensive is the NW-5200 at £48, but all are as good as any £300 mic I've used!
Sadly Neewer, don't make the 5200 anymore, but I have found the Yarmee YR01, looking at internal diagrams and spec, looks identical to the 5200, going to test on air tonight.
They need a phantom 48V power supply, when I bought the NW-700 on Amazon, I bought a package, which included mic, power supply & boom arm for £28!!
I have used these mics on Icom, Yaesu and Kenwood with great results.

Re: Neewer Microphones
We did a bit of testing tonight with the new Yarmee YR-01, not quite as good as the NW-5200 but not a lot in it.
Still a very good mic for around £58 delivered.

Re: Neewer Microphones
I have on that uses a 1V5 battery.
Very good as you say.
I also have some high output dynamic mics that sound better than the big name

Good fun for the money!
I have a couple of used Heil mics here, good mics, but I'm not paying the new price for them!!
But if they come up used, that's a different ball game.
Glad to be Here.

Re: Neewer Microphones
Of the Neewer range, the NW-5200 is class, but they don't make it anymore.
The NW-800/700 is not bad. NW-800 being slightly better than the NW-700.
The Yarmee YR-01 is close to the Neewer NW-5200. (I have a new one up for sale)
I picked up a used Heil PR-781, I'm finding its very good, but wouldn't pay a new price for one.
But they do come up used for a fair price.
John.
