What bands?

Which bands are people using?

I've got 23cm permanently set up, with a Yagi/Uda antenna on a rotator, mast head preamp and low loss feeder, but really that's classed as UHF these days.

I also have some old gear for 13cm, but I found that it wasn't all that stable, so I didn't bother with it. It was in a box of bits that I was given. Also in the box was a 24GHz (12mm) transverter, which I plan to get on the air again sometime and I have a set of boxes to make a 10GHz transverter.

I've played with rainscatter, pointing either a small TV dish or else just a small feed horn through the window and often see aircraft scatter on signals on 23cm. Plus the usual Tropo openings that happen from time to time.

Cheers - Dave (G0DJA)
